ASCENT—The Discipleship Team along with the Pastoral and Elder Staff have prepared a discipleship model called ASCENT. Purpose of ASCENT is to purposefully grow our member’s to spiritual maturity by providing a breadth of class content so members and visitors alike have access to courses for Base Camp, Wilderness, Timberline as well as Summit. This new structure/model is based on: Spiritual Maturity, Intentional Growth, SS Classes - Spiritual Journey as well as “age and stage”, Quarterly Schedule

ASCENT incorporates all aspects of our church body whether hosted on a weekend, week night or a Sunday morning ABF. ASCENT will follow a quarterly class structure to mirror the Children’s program and allow both teachers and class members to rotate classes.

Ascent Model:

Base Camp - Exploring Christ

Wilderness - Growing in Christ

Timberline - Close to Christ

Summit - Christ-Centered

ADULT Sunday School Classes 9:30am

ROOTS - A Way of Life

“We must no longer be children …we must grow up in every way …into Christ.” Ephesians 4:14-15

So you have said “yes” to Jesus. You’re in. You have been grabbed by him. But how will you remain faithful to him? How do you set your feet on a path of really, truly following Jesus with your life? What relationships, spiritual practices, and habits will help you sustain a way of life faithful to Jesus your whole life? What is the NEXT STEP on your journey?

Facilitated by Sylvia Borror & Ken Williams

There is nothing quite like the life and words of Jesus to challenge any willing heart. He is the example, the Savior and the Teacher we all need. This fall the Impact class will be digging into the book of Luke beginning in the 6th chapter and going through the 19th chapter. It will rock your socks and tremble your hearts. Come join us!

Woman to Woman (LifeGuide® Bible Studies)

Heaven is hard for us to picture. We think of floating on clouds, singing praises and playing harps, or walking on streets of gold. While we know we want to go to heaven, we are a little nervous about what it will be like. These Bible studies provide a biblical perspective on heaven--something richer and more exciting than we can imagine.

CE Bldg, Room 202 Teachers: Joanne DaPrato

Continuing in the book of Psalms, beginning at Psalm 11.
